Fans love her beautiful English accent, but Emma Watson had to adapt a Yankee dialect for her new film ?The Perks of Being a Wallflower.?

The ?Harry Potter? babe confessed that losing her native tongue was a bit of a struggle, though she was able to handle it.

Emma shared, "It's good. Having been out in Pittsburgh for four weeks ? it's OK. It's good. I'm hopeful about it."

Also starring Nina Dobrev and Paul Rudd, ?The Perks of Being a Wallflower? is scheduled to hit theaters sometime in 2012.
