LeAnn Rimes on Bikini Photo: Those Are Abs, Not Bones

While enjoying her honeymoon in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico with new husband Eddie Cibrian, LeAnn Rimes Tweeted a photo of herself in a skimpy blue bikini--and ended up having to defend herself when some of her followers claimed she looked too thin.

"Those are called abs, not bones, love," Rimes Tweeted to a follower who said she looked "scary skinny."

"This is my body, and I can promise you I'm a healthy girl. I'm just lean. Thanks for your concern, but no need to be," she posted later.

The photo also showed the singer wearing an Ace bandage. "Wow, my head and my heel are killing me from slipping on a rock," she Tweeted earlier in the day. "Ouch. Needs to get better fast."

a month after their wedding. Rimes and Cibrian weren't able to take an immediate honeymoon due to Rimes' work schedule but the country crooner told the magazine they were hoping to squeeze one in not long after the wedding.

"We have to go back to work right away. The next four to five weeks hopefully, we'll be able to take a honeymoon. That's the plan," she said at the time.
