Chantelle Houghton and Rav Wilding have been dating since October

Chantelle Houghton has revealed how she got her wires crossed with boyfriend Rav Wilding last weekend by assuming that he was going to pop the question.

The couple, who've been dating since October, went away for a spa break and the Big Brother star thought the Crimewatch presenter would use the opportunity to get down on one knee.�

?Last weekend at Champneys we went for dinner and I suddenly thought he was going to [propose],' says Chantelle, 27.

?I went really hot and my heart started beating and I couldn't speak - but he didn't.'

Despite a failed marriage with Ordinary Boys frontman Preston, Chantelle says she's still open to the idea of getting hitched to Rav, 33.

?I really want to get married one day,' she adds.

'But I don't ever want to experience what I did before, it was awful.'
